Return and Exchange Policy:
1. To request a return or exchange, customers must provide proof of purchase from BABY BABOON and initiate the return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.
3. Unless the product is flawed or any quality defected, you have to pay the shipping fee of delivering your order back to our studio.
4. Each order only provides one free return service
5. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. After we receive the returned parcel and make sure there is no damage or worn traces on the shoes, we will proceed with the refund.
7. BABY BABOON reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the relevant offer(s).
In the following situation, we are sorry that we do not accept returns:
1. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
2. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
3. Any product which has been registered online for warranty service - Any free gift and samples.
